The service was terrible at Hard Rock! When you check in they do not welcome you or provide any information about the hotel such as restaurants, etc…. It was disappointing.

I paid over $2,400 for two rooms for one night, so I expected a luxury experience. We arrived at 1:00 p.m., left our luggage, and spent the afternoon waiting for the text to let us know our rooms were ready. We didn't receive that notification until 4:52 p.m., so we had to wait around before we could access our rooms.
Both rooms were in the older part of the hotel. Given the price, I had expected the newer accommodations, but instead both rooms were very dated. There was no minibar or snacks, just two small bottles of water, and the towels were of poor quality.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water in my room throughout my stay. I reported it to the front desk and requested that it be fixed, but it never was, and nobody followed up. For a hotel charging over $2,400 for two rooms for one night, this experience fell well below expectations. I would not stay here again.
