I come to The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel because the best drinks and service I have received are from
Ramses in the pool bar area. His recommendation for good appetizers were a spot on.
The hotel needs an update in its rooms and the beds, but good stay overall.
Cashiers from The Grind were not so welcoming.

Very unique hotel , But !-
The bad staff ruins everything!
Half hotel staff should be fired
If they don’t liked to work there, so many people would be happy!
In the bar
In the main buffet restaurant
At the bell service
The guys at the pool ( towels)
And in the caffe shop
All so bad persons
All should go home not come to work into hard rock
People, guest , need comfort !
The staff really showed off how they don’t like to be there
The guitar is a very great unique place but i don’t have memories!
I left without nice memories!
The hotel staff highly trained, they just don’t like to work there

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel while visiting from Brasil. From the moment I arrived, Jordan at check-in was extremely welcoming, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The service throughout the property was excellent. Anthony at Cipresso was a fantastic server — attentive, professional, and made our dining experience memorable. Danielle and Theresa at Hard Rock Cafe were also amazing and provided outstanding service with such kindness and a great attitude.
The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The self-parking option was also a perfect choice and very convenient.
Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hard Rock Hotel and hope to return again!

Everything was well and clean great staff. Service was a bit slow some areas at the Restaurant and the pool area outside but overall was ok. The drinks were pricey a bit and not much alcohol taste in it and I didn’t like the way that they kick people out of the pool to serve for several hours for cleaning..
