I had an amazing stay at Hotel Diocleziano in Rome. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it very convenient for sightseeing and airport transportation. What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. I highly recommend Hotel Diocleziano to anyone visiting Rome. If I return to the city, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my trip so memorable!

We requested an additional night after having stayed 3 previous nights, as we were very pleased with the hotel! Very clean, excellent location with proximity to the train station and central Rome. The breakfast was excellent, the front desk staff were accommodating, pleasant, with excellent communication skills. Thank you for your hospitality. We would stay here again if we return to Italy in the future!

The hotel is in a perfect location to people who wish to visit major attractions in Rome city centre. It is only several minutes walk from Roma Termini whilst is away from the hustle and bustle surrounding the Central train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I experienced is during my first night, there was constant and noticeable noise coming from the engineer room just below the 1st floor (my room was on the first floor), and we could not rest properly. After I raised this issue to hotel management, they changed my room to a higher floor and the problem was solved.

The property is well maintained. Every area including the room was immaculately clean. The front desk staff had excellent communication skills. The never missed a detail. Always receptive to answering questions, with attention to details. Our morning breakfast was excellent. Many various options. Food was always fresh and hot! Some new features added daily. Air conditioning is excellent. The location is top notch, close to the train station (literally across the street), excellent restaurants nearby. We will return one day!

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome - tucked away behind Diocletian's bathhouse and with double glazed windows, our room (#203) was private and quiet. This hotel is minutes away from Termini and Republicca metro stations, next door to a minimart and cafes for your morning espresso. Airconditioning was a blessing during the summer heatwave, as was a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel even offers free daily tours/cooking classes! Will stay here again

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few minutes from the main train station and only moments from brilliant restaurants and some of Rome's many historic sights. Very helpful staff. We stayed in the top-floor suite, which has a remarkable view. Really recommended.

Just a five minute walk from the station. Great a/c on a very hot day. The hotel offers free cooking classes.
