Wonderful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff in a great location. Old world charm with modern facilities.

Un bel hôtel classique, pas trop grand. Notre suite était superbe et très confortable. Le personnel, très efficace et chaleureux, était de bon conseil. Le restaurant sert de très bons plats espagnols, et la terrasse sur le toit permet de prendre l'apéro au son d'un guitariste discret. L'hôtel est un peu loin des sites historiques majeurs (45 minutes de marche), mais très près des belles boutiques de Madrid. On en a profité. Nous le recommandons et nous y retournerons.

Excelllent hotel. We arrived early from america and they find us a room very early in the morning. The room very nice and the beds super confortable

It’s the hospitality that makes this place special. Good, old-fashioned, nothing-is-too-much-trouble, service - from the warmest welcome with a cool-down drink, to the porters (special mention to Bara!), housekeeping (beds turned down in the evening with a chocolate left), and water for the journey when we left. Welcome and leaving gifts demonstrate that guests are valued, and are a nice touch. Our room was traditional, but comfortable - a good night’s sleep with plush pillows. Sited on a very busy road, but don’t let that put you off - you can’t hear any road noise at all inside the room. 3 metro stations within easy walking distance.

Heritage Madrid was the perfect place to stay for my first visit to the city. The location made it easy to explore Salamanca on foot, and I loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and cafés. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check in to departure, and they made the hotel feel genuinely welcoming. The architecture and décor are beautiful, with so much character and attention to detail. It feels elegant without being over the top, and coming back each evening was something I genuinely looked forward to.

This is an excellent boutique style hotel with excellent rooms and great food. We had lunch and breakfast and both were amazing. The highlight for me were the staff and management....will be back!

Outstanding service and an excellent restaurant on site.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Relais & Châteaux Heritage in Madrid! The hotels is simply gorgeous, our the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with every possible detail thought of. It is in a fantastic location, and the breakfast was delicious! Most importantly the staff was exceptional! Juan, Celeste, and Elsa were all so helpful and accommodating, and Olga at breakfast was the absolute sweetest! We are looking forward to our next stay, and highly recommend this beautiful gem to anyone wanting a luxurious stay while visiting Madrid!

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly .

Good location , employees are young, they are in process to be good!
