Any issues were immediately taken care of. TV would not stay on. It was replaced within 10 minutes

良い The room was as clean as it could be considering its generally deteriorated condition. The staff was also really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was as expected. What I wasn't prepared for was how run down the property was, including trash, torn wall paper, and rusted trash bins. I do think the staff/cleaning team are really working hard. It's just the property itself--old, tired, and a bit smelly.

Breakfast pretty uninspired but it’s free so really can’t complain. But the hotel sits between two major roads and the traffic noise never stops.

Very clean, overbooked rooms with 2 queens, but the front desk resolved the issue quickly to my satisfaction.
