Large rooms, kind staff. Amazing price

Requested a toddler bed as advertised as free when I booked the room. It wasn’t provided and when I asked for it I was told that it would be an additional ¥8990. Pool advertised is also a hefty additional charge

Best Service ever. our 18 mths old child developed fever when we were on the way to the hotel. could not find any open hospital so we just wanted to try our luck to go straight to hotel and ask for help. they told us its better to ring ambulance when we arrived, also offered us to ring ambulance on our behalf, due to our limited Japanese. a manager (I assumed) even asked one of their staff to go outside to direct the ambulance on their entry. while we were waiting for the ambulance, they gave us ice pack to cool my child. Can't thank them enough for what they have done to our family.

Reasonable price Enjoyed hotspring, Sauna, Kids room, and swimming pool with my 2 year old kid. Room is very big and comfotable. C/in took about 30mins, recommend arrive at the property before 3PM or after 4PM.

This resort is in the mountain area. It took about 20-30 min driving on mountain roads to get there. The resort is big and has everything you need. I got a family room and it was huge! The room has a big bathtub and living room area. There is also a small kitchen sink and countertop which is convenient. There is a hot spring which is free to all guests. The water park for kids has a fee but I think that’s acceptable. Overall I’m satisfied with this resort and would recommend it to families with small children. The only downside is that it’s an older property so the furnitures look old (but they are clean). The lighting of the room is also quiet dim. The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for extra pillows at midnight (the ones in the room were too soft) and they delivered them to us without problem.

The hotel is ok. But the condition of our room (two bedroom) was awful. The furniture is old and broken, the walls are shabby. The swimming pool is not free even for hotel guests! We had to pay for visiting it.

1. The hotel staff was unfriendly during check in. Clearly impatient about using English. Unwilling to respond about our request about a room near the escalator and about its restaurants types. 2. The staff provided us with incorrect printed information about its facilities opening times. We planned to use its chargeable indoor swimming pool on the morning of the checkout day. (printed information says open at 09:00-21:30). The pool is actually closed on all mornings during the winter 3. The originally booking room type has a living area. Our room didn't. RM536, likely is the smallest room in the hotel (according to floor plan) In total we spend ¥174000 for 3 nights. In exchange of disappointment and infuriation

The staff do a great job to make your stay a good , torn,worn, severely stained. Don't know what the issue was with the heat. Not too warm. The room we had was a large room. Also was showing signs of age and or neglect. The room was very cold at night, but a portable heater was dropped off to our room, to sort of remedy the problem. Wifi signal was very poor. The food at the buffet was really nice and again the staff do a great job. The staff at this facility in my opinion is what keeps this establishment going. As for the building maintenance and upkeep. They better pick that up a bit. If not, the minor repairs will become huge problems and for the larger problems I saw, they better get fixed immediately. Or you'll might as well get ready to close it down. I don't like having to say things like this, but if an establishment like this, doesn't show care towards it's facility, then what's the point of even being open in the first place.
