紀州鉄道軽井沢ホテル (Kishu tetsudou Karuizawa hotel)

年季の入った部屋で、入室した途端古びた臭いがした。ベッドの絨毯の汚れや、トイレと洗面所の床のカーペットが汚く、障子が破れていた。 ウェルカムのティーパックや歯磨きがないので、安い料金はうなずけます。 入室前の建屋の中はオシャレな雰囲気ですが、部屋の中はお金を掛けられないのか、リフォームしてないので、せっかく宿泊した方がリピートすることがなさそうで本当にもったいないと思いました。

宿泊者なのに温泉の入浴が有料(1回600円)には驚いた！ しかも1回600円なので、夜と朝入浴した場合は1,200円となる。 あと部屋内にコバエが多すぎる！

室内のトイレ、残念です。宿泊施設としてこれで良いのか、改善されることを望みます。

部屋の汚れ、カビ臭い匂いが気になった。

古い建物ですが、広々としていて快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフさんの対応も良く、値段的にもリーズナブルでした。軽井沢の中心地からは少し離れていますが、車で来られる方には、さほど気にならない程度の距離でした。

温泉の画像がトップだったのに、別料金だった。テーブルが剥げて設備が老朽化してきている。清掃が行き届いていない。

Nice property! Not enough charging outlets. Restricted dining choices.

The surrounding area is incredible in the fall with the leave turning.

Our stay was ok. It was our first time to stay there so we had no idea what to expect. The staff were very nice and courteous. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice. I was especially happy that our room didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke. the room was very spacious. And our beds and futons were good. But, The walls of our room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for ages. And there was a lack of electrical wall sockets - none in the bedroom and just few in the living room. The toilet room was very small with the door going in, making it a bit of a tight fit on entry and exit (I’m not fat either).
