No a/c in most of the rooms

On arrival our toilet would not work and therefore maintenance had to try and fix it. Unfortunately this took a while and because of this we had to move rooms and hence was running late to an event. Luckily the staff were very accommodating and fast to get us a new room which we appreciated and also provided us with free breakfast which was a nice gesture so thank you! The room itself wasn’t clean like the bedding or the curtains/ sink/ shower! Apart from that it was an okay hotel and unfortunate of the toilet not working. The breakfast was again okay a bit cold and not cooked enough!

Lovely stylish hotel, but the aircon wasn’t working in our room. Was so hot we couldn’t sleep so rang down in the middle of the night for help and they sent a fan up for us. If you put your hand more than 10 inches from it you couldn’t feel anything, so wasn’t much help. Shame.

Decent enough hotel, could do with proper air conditioning though! Staff provided me with a big fan to cool the room which was like an oven. Quiet enough. My room was spacious and the bathroom even had a proper bath.

ROOM was so HOT

Firstly, the front-desk staff were very helpful in finding us a room with working AC at the third attempt. I would not stay in a hotel like this again, with no external windows - they all look inward into the hotel and the windows are fully shut only. The local area is very down-market - astonishingly so as it borders on Westfield shopping centre and Kensington. Don't be fooled. Even the short walk to the underground station is intimidating. Shepherd's Bush= Never again. Dorsett chain = maybe.

Very central location

Air con issues with the property but the staff kindly moved me to a better room that was very nice. Shepards bush is a bit of a rough area so outside plenty of dodgy people in the park so would watch going around alone. But this isn’t the properties issue.

Really nice hotel with one major issue during our stay. With the weather being in the mid to highs 30s the air conditioning was down and not working at all. A complimentary drinks was offered by way of apology but that really didn’t help with the room being roasting with no window to open. Staff were understandably stressed at the amount of complaints they were facing from guests who wanted to cancel their reservations due to this matter. This did make check in a very long drawn out experience.

The rooms were cleaned regularly. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good
