Decent family friendly property. Good location. They had a onsite laundry facility as well. We enjoyed the stay.

The set up is more akin to a hostel, and had to walk a long distance to access the actual room. It involved several stairs and long hallways. Do not recommend for any families

The apartment was clean and adequate for our stay. I didn’t feel the pictures entirely match up to what you actually get but the bed was comfy and the air conditioning very welcome in the summer heat, albeit all very basic. It wasn’t made clear on booking that you need some form of ID to check in, and it was only by pure luck that I had my driving license as otherwise I believe we would have been turned away.

Very clean, quiet room. A short walk to the tube station, grocery store, and Kensington Gardens. Highly recommend!

Small but efficiently laid out. Pretty location and walkable to lots of pubs, restaurants and the underground. Clean and well appointed.

Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel was clean and well located near 2 tube stations. Lots of restaurants and shops for food nearby. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint is that there were not enough utensils for 2 people to eat.
