Location and overall things were good. Issues with room heating and breakfast was very limited- disappointing as that was one of the reasons we selected the accommodation.

Nice room but i was very pissed off that the hotel could not arrange for my wife and I to have twin beds despite being requested twice on this issue and having several weeks to organize this. Why can't they provide what they offer the choice of? Breakfast was okay but the heated dishes e.g. bacon were nowhere near warm each of three days we were there. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast lady - the hard case with the big voice and the stunning smile - she is a real treasure.

Hotel is very well located , walking distance to City & Crown Casino. We stayed in High Floor room that had good view of south bank yarra river. As soon as you enter the ground floor of the building the fragance just refreshes you and immediately get a good vibe of the hotel. Only down side of the building is there are 6 elevators but it takes ages to use dont know why.

Room was great Breakfast is chaos, but good to have something. Lifts are terrible, slow and clogged up. No stairs as an alternative. Leave plenty of time when you want to leave the building

While the hotel was clean and comfortable and well situated to the CBD the hotel was severely understaffed. Checkin was on level 7. The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the que was very lengthy to get to the desk and the que to get into the elevator que was insane. Breakfast was a shambles. The food was average and a lot of the food trays were empty, there were no knives, forks or plates. The hot chocolate tap was not working and the tables were covered in dirty breakfast dishes. I felt sorry for the staff as they were very apologetic. Shout out to Leah, you did an amazing job rushing around and doing a great job. I’m sorry to give this review but I am being as honest as I can. The room in itself was great, the bed was comfortable and it was not noisy. The room had a great blockout blind. The hotel had onsite parking, a bonus.

Good hotel, clean and the location was perfect Friendly staff and reasonable price

Bed was terrible Hard and bouncy

Couldn’t check in early unless you were an ihg member which was a bit frustrating as we were only 20 minutes early and rooms were ready But good to stay for the night beds were not the most comfortable but 2 different types of pillows was a nice touch. The included breakfast whilst isn’t anything fancy was a good start to the day and the staff were really friendly Lifts are very busy however think this was made worse with one being out of service Great for a short stay and in a good location with secure parking which does come at additional cost.

Every thing is fine with the hotel just wish you serve meat and cheese when u do your buffet breakfast in the morning thanks

DURING OUR STAY THE ELECTRONIC KEY CARD DIDN’T WORK FOR SOME REASON, HAD TO VISIT THE RECEPTION TO TRY FIXING IT, TOOK THEM ABOUT AN HOUR BUT COULDN’T FIX IT, ENDED UP USING THEIR KEY TO ENTER. LUCKY IT WAS AROUND THE SAME TIME AS OUR CHECKOUT TIME.
