On-site parking was available. Room was large and had a well equipped modern kitchen. King size bed in separate room. Very quiet location.

Reception accommodates an early check in. Thank you. Room was on floor 30 with a fabulous views. Excellent apartment for the price. Great location

PROs: Great location for walking to the John Cain Arena, apartment was clean and neat. Comfortable beds and good pressure in the showers. Enough space to not be on top of each other. Close to Woolworths- 3 minute walk. CONs: if you plan to self cater you will struggle. We had booked for 3 people, my daughter was ill and didn’t come which was lucky as there was only 2 knives and 2 drinking glasses, 3 side plates in an apartment that could sleep 4. No chopping board, no sharp knives, no oven trays and no plugs for either of the sinks. No hairdryer in the bathrooms so don’t wash your hair in the Melbourne winter! TIP- there’s a great little Indian restaurant behind the hotel “Southbank Spices”. Very decent serving size and nice curries.

The hotel had old, musty-smelling carpet throughout, which was disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was average. On the plus side, the location is very convenient and close to everything

Drier in room did not work! Left us with 3 bags of wet cloths asked several times to have it looked at. We were given a. Voucher for breakfast for compensation but was charged for voucher on check out
