The staff were very helful and kind. We enjoyed the lo ation, the spa, and the convenience of on sight washer/dryer.

I absolutely love this hotel! Everything was so convenient. Easy to get to the train. The onset was amazing and love the free ice cream. The room was a decent size for a solo traveler and very clean. I will definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

I have stayed at Dormyinn Hotels in Japan before, so was interested in how this one would be. The location of the hotel is convenient for access to both of the main palaces. I was able to walk to each of these from the hotel. I had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance to the hotel when I arrived late at night, as it is a little bit hidden. The staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was okay, but could do with a little TLC, and more attention to cleanliness. The hotel provides one tea, and one cup. It would be nice if they provided an extra tea and cup so that it would be possible to have one in the evening and morning without the need to ask, and also if they provided stirrers for the tea (or if you want other drinks).

Breakfast menu very good and fresh. We didn't pay for the breakfast at time of booking, need to pay extra for cad20.00 per person. It is worth to book room with breakfast. The location is very good,just walking distance for shopping and eating.

Perfect location, right near all the cute shops and cafes, palaces and night time activities. Coffee shops and convenience stores are right outside the door. Spa was small but adequate and clean with Dyson hairdryers!! Free ice creams and probiotic drinks next to the freezer laundry are a great addition.

I expected little more spacious room. Beds are crowded and there were one pillow per bed and the pillow was not very comfy. Other than that the location was good and noisy level was low.

Great area, easy access to Jogno and Insadong; very helpful staff; and a spa that’s free to use and unwind every evening! And while typically compact the amenities and extras are great little touches - free morning yakult, free evening noodles. Will definitely stay there again next time in Seoul.

The late evening noodle dish was fantastic!
