Convenient location with many public transportation options. Lots of restaurants nearby. We got the premiere room with kitchen and washer/dryer. The rooms are cleaned daily. The walls are soundproof, only sound comes through the windows. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and we sleep well every night. It’s like home away from home. So comfortable.

Very clean, great staff.

Hotel is good for its price, however, it’s better not to charge extra for sofa bed that is sitting there. Room size is a big plus

It’s in the middle of everything we needed to be at. Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, Seoul Station, easy access to taxi and easy place to find. We ate pretty much around the area from the market to all around restaurant that fits our cravings. Best spot for first time tourist. Especially our room was with a washer/dryer. Great for family with kids.

We stayed at Fraser place for 10 days in June/July. We chose a premium room, which included a small kitchenette, washing machine, and helpful drying maiden, iron and ironing board and numerous other very helpful utensils. We arrived at 13.30 for an advertised 15:00 check in. After our 13 1/2 flight, we were quite exhausted. We were so pleased and grateful to the reception desk for ringing housekeeping, confirming our room was ready, and allowing us access to it an hour and a half early. It felt, to us, like a lifesaver. Thank you ! We thought the hotel was extremely well positioned, within walking distance to the main train station (15 mins walk) and also City hall station (3or 4 minutes). Also close enough to lots and lots of restaurants and even a royal palace. Whilst at the hotel, we made use of the gym, ..for regular gym users it is a bit limited but allowed us to keep on top of our fitness regime whilst on holiday, and also the spa/sauna which was again, limited, but spotlessly clean, extremely well stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries and a very nice facility indeed. In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our stat at this very comfortable, well managed hotel. The staff were delightfully polite and helpful, and the property was extremely well sited to enable first time visitors to explore the city and wider beyond.

Perfect location for our first trip to Seoul. We were able to walk or bus or metro everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were lovely, especially Louise. We had a premier twin which meant we had a washer dryer that even had powder with it so really handy for longer stays. We didn't have breakfast as so many cafes about.

Overall, I had a good stay here. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, and public transportation, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was also clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reason I’m giving it 7/10 instead of a higher rating is because of my experience with a lost item. I stayed at the hotel for one night, left for Busan, and then returned a few days later to stay for the remainder of my trip. After checking into my new room, I realized I had accidentally left a pair of sandals in my original room five days earlier. I initially contacted the front desk, but because I didn’t remember my previous room number, they told me housekeeping hadn’t found anything. A few days later, I found my old room number and contacted the front desk again. They checked the records, called housekeeping, and later called me back to say that nothing had been found in the room. I know with complete certainty that I left my sandals in that room, so it was disappointing that they were never recovered. Whether they were accidentally discarded or taken, I would have expected lost items found during room cleaning to be held for a reasonable period so guests have the opportunity to claim them. Aside from that, the hotel itself was pleasant, and staff were polite. I just hope the hotel’s lost-and-found procedures can be improved so future guests have a better experience if they accidentally leave something behind.
