Super bon déjeuner de sur place

Had to ask for additional bedding to make up sofa bed properly. Didn’t have a full sheet covering the mattress originally. Breakfast area was really busy but there was plenty of choice and staff kept well stocked.

The best experience in the hotel was on the restaurant and the bar of the hotel. Fabulous food and great service. The reception staff was also helpful, but the hotel room was a bit average considering the price. Maybe it is country specific, but it could be a surprise for visitors from some other countries. The room was fine, only the air conditioning was lacking. Still, I enjoyed the stay, the room was very tidy and the location of the hotel is great. I would stay again.

Great location and nice staff. The rooms had a modern but odd design. For example, the bathroom doors had glass that was not clear but also not private; so others in the room can see someone in the bathroom or shower, which was uncomfortable. The parking is conveniently below the hotel but there are very, very few spaces. Additional parking is a five minute walk down the hill from the hotel, which is awkward upon arrival or departure.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We booked the suite and the layout was not very good. The toilet seat was in a separate part from where the sink and shower were. There was no door separating the bedroom from the living room area, and the shower and sink were by the master bed. There are also no rods to hang towels, which is inconvenient for a family of 4. Location was great and walking distance to everything. They had a beautiful pool and hot tub.

The staff went out of their way to help us when we ran into problems that were entirely our fault; the place was clean and comfortable, but the staff was extraordinary.
