This hotel is perfectly located right next to the main tourist areas. The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel overall was a good value.

Great location, very helpful staff.. nice big rooms

Excellent location, very courteous staff, they even gave us gifts when we checked out -- chopsticks!

Pros: great location, not obvious that the hotel has its own subway entrance/exit which is number 12 from Namba which connects to the lowest floor of the hotel. Room was very spacious (royal suite) but uncomfortable furnishings on the sofa - wasn’t somewhere I could relax at all. All staff very helpful and attentive, breakfast ingredients especially baked goods and bacon/sausage should be a higher quality at this price point. The coffee machine dispenses very small coffee. Complimentary minibar drinks were appreciated.

Great location, spacious and clean room, plenty of amenities. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Osaka.

room clean

Wifi did not work any day of are stay made it very hard to enjoy the vacation

Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again! Best location possible! Perfect hotel!

The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could think of. Superb!

Well connected hotel. Directly to the metro. Very close to Dotoburi. Family mart located within the hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. A short walk (less than 10 mins) if you are arriving from the AirPort Express. Will stay here again.
