Room was extremely small, it does not accommodate more that one person. No space for luggage. Bathroom needs to be updated. Such as shower head. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on wood. Pillow was awful, gave us neck pains. Blankets were old. This room was not worth the amount we paid and should be refunded. The worst experience I've had renting a hotel room. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The people were extremely friendly and helpful. Felt like home. Clean, room always tidy when we got back at night. Highly recommend

You can walk to anywhere in the city from the hotel. Rooms were clean. No be bugs.

Good location, street has dining and shopping options. You're near termini station. Everything else is average or below average.

We stayed at this property 4 nights. 2 of those days we had no hot water for showering. Bed frame fabric was ripped and extra blanket had large stains on it. Location was good and the staff was all very polite and helpful.

Not sure where to start. Very dirty room. Hair all over the place. Broken pretty much everything. Toilet seat, shelf above the sink, drawers. Bad, bad mattress. Not sure hiw long I need to recover my back. You have to wait for the water to warm up for at least 15 minutes. Sometimes it never does. We came back once and the main door was locked at the street. The reception guy locked the door and left somewhere. We had to wait until he opens the door. How could Hotels.com allow this property to be listed? The only good thing was the location.

So this place is totally adequate for the price. Its reasonably clean, the beds were fine, sheets were clean, but nothing fancy. There was a hair dryer in the room, extra blankets. Adequate for a quick stop in Rome. Close to the main train station so if you have to wheel your luggage there you can. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. They held our bags while we went to the sistine chapel in the morning before our train. As long as you keep your expectations in check you will be fine.

No need of ac the time we were there is was cold. Fridge empty, shops near by, the best thing was the train station next to it, walking distance loved it

Fairly dirty room. Mold in the bathrooms. Sheets were clean to be fair but wouldn’t recommend

No air conditioning, a bit noisy but very convenient two blocks from Roma Termini, plenty of shops and restaurants
