We were on a non smoking floor and yet there was constant smoking smells which is horrible for those of us who are allergic to this.. The WHOLE PROPERTY SHOULD BE NO SMOKING!!!
these apartments are looking very shabby, definitely need a big renovation!!!
Pool was nice..
Close to business bay metro.
Kitchen had no sponge, no dish soap , no tea towels, which is strange since there was a kitchen to cook in ...how do you wash the dishes without soap etc? I did ask the second day and it was supplied but this should be the essential!
Will NOT be staying here again.

Amazing hotel, great view to Burj, very friendly staff, the one issue is that they don’t follow the VIP status and give no discount, I had a good dinner but I went somewhere else after they refuse to give my discount

The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. There was a problem with the shower nozzle which they repaired within an hour. They also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and Jumeirah beach which was an added bonus. We ordered room service for dinner and it was very tasty and arrived hot. I would stay here again.
