We had a wonderful family vacation at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. I had multiple rooms booked, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our requests during check-in. Santosh from the concierge team also assisted us during our stay. He was super helpful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the hot and humid days, and the lifeguard on duty was incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and close to all the attractions Dubai has to offer. If you’re visiting the mall, the Burj Khalifa, or any other major attractions, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. Claire is an asset to the company, being very helpful to the guests.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Clean, tidy, walkable to Burj Khalifa through Dubai metro walkway next door. Would stay here again 👍

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Location is convenient if you wish to visit Dubai mall and downtown. Breakfast was great with a large range of selections. Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and toilets were spacious and clean.

We ordered a take away breakfast to be delivered to our room as we were leaving before normal breakfast hours. We waited in our room untill we had to leave to check out and when we got to reception we were advised that breakfast had been delivered to reception, no phone call no advice nothing. We had to check out and get our transfer to the airport without breakfast. I tried calling reception from my room to see if they could check on breakfast but no one answered.

Big and clean rooms. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, but it's worth noting that the property is situated on a quiet, somewhat isolated street with very little within walking distance. If you're expecting a Burj Khalifa view, there really isn't one to speak of. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the rooms are well maintained. However, I didn't find anything particularly exceptional or memorable about the overall experience. One disappointment was that housekeeping was not performed automatically each day as expected; I had to specifically request daily room cleaning rather than it being provided as standard service. In summary, it's a decent option if you're looking for a clean, updated hotel in a good location, but it didn't offer the level of service or standout experience I was hoping for.

Fantastic stay, lovely staff, free upgrade. What's not to love

Clean room & good breakfast selection

Very clean, structured and helpful staff. Recommended for those first time visit or revisiting Dubai. Staff is nice and friendly. One of the twin beds had a bit of dirt, but nothing serious.
