Would definitely stay here again when using airport unexpectedly good size rooms and has swimming pool facilities
Breakfast and dinner were good also.

Tired place with very friendly staff. No free weights in the small gym, but sauna worked fine. Reliable shuttle service to airport. I would stay again.

My room was good for a short stay for two. Clean, warm with all the basics. I didn't play the TV. The bath, toilet, and sink in the one room. The bathtub is elevated aprox 12" off the floor with an optioal shower and plenty of hot water. For one with mobility issues wanting a shower could be problematic getting in and out of the tub even though there is aid at the end of the tub for assistance.

I arrived well before check in and was able to store my luggage and spend a couple of hours in the pool. I was content to then wait in the cafe until check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared my room so I could go in early.
My only disappointment was the lack of vegan options on the menu, and, as so often happens, it was pretty much chips or nothing. Fortunately, the chips were excellent

I arrived at 1am. Transfer from airport quick. Staff polite. It is an old hotel but my room was beautifully decorated and very clean

Stay is good, very helpful staffs with regards to free shuttle bus transfers from airport to hotel.
However, the continental breakfast which is quite expensive for 20 Aud. but only has basic toasts, cornflakes, sliced fruits, and perhaps tea. if you want to upgrade to bacon eggs then add 5 dollars but it is not refillable.
Another issue on our room at 330, the toilet door is very noisy and squeaking which is irritating at late night.
However, friendly staff are very helpful with good communications. Also, beds are very comfortable.
I give a 7/10 overall.

A very good experience. Excellent shuttle to and from Melbourne Airport. Very clean, staff extra helpful.
