2 shower heads, couldn’t get the lower one on a flexible hose to work, could only have it bucketing down from overhead. Plus no tea towel to actually was cups and drinking glasses properly. Room awfully bright for trying to sleep, grrrr

Well priced. Staff are v helpful. The tea n coffee facilities in the room are v gd, Need to use towels on floor to stop shower water getting out of shower area n making room floor slippery.. I hope to come back another time

Lovely staff, nice rooms & close to airport

I have now stayed at both Ibis and Novotel as a solo traveller at this site. The Ibis is the better of the two. My room at the Novotel was a little dirty and the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. There was hair on the floor and marks on the mirror. I don't expect that when paying the price I did. Food options are find and expect to pay a little more than average as you are staying at the airport. Distance to the terminal is walkable or you can get a shuttle if you dont want to walk or cant. Check in staff are friendly.

Great view of airport runway from room. Complimentary shuttle to Qantas was great.

Great place to stay. Slept well. Easy check in and out. Simple walk to the terminal.

Easy to get to airport, very clean and breakfast was amazing.
