Couldn’t turn down aircon even with help from staff. Room was freezing. Buffet breakfast wasn’t fresh was inedible went somewhere else to eat. Parking was level 4 roof top parking far away from room to cart bags.

We stayed just for the night as we had a very early flight the next morning. Staff were great. Location was super convenient, right by the airport. Airport shuttle was also the reason we booked and very easy to get to the airport. It was a bit noisy so couldn’t sleep all that well and the rooms had a funky almost smoker smell to it (Vegas comes to mind), but we were just there for the night so not a big deal.

Honestly great choice to have a nap at before my flight, the shuttle made life very easy, but eat before you go because food is EXPENSIVE.

The room was exceptional - very clean, everything was flash and modern. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. A female staff member at the front desk and breakfast female staff member were not as friendly. I dealt with the two of them and I felt like I was an inconvenience. The shuttle driver, the front desk male of Asian appearance and another staff member of Caucasian appearance were super friendly.

Being our wedding anniversary getaway, the hotel greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine which was much appreciated.
Our room was great, with a view, and the bathroom was top shelf.
Breakfast was an enjoyable buffet but the lunch and dinner menu was limited. Also, we did not klnow that we could save 30% if we were Accor members...
Overall we had a great time!

Airport shuttle was very convenient and on time to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also friendly.

良い We asked for an early morning reminder call which we didn’t get!!! Restaurant was good but pricey for what it was!
