I’ve never been charged for wi-fi in any hotel I’ve stayed in. This hotel charges $10/day. They also charge $48/day for parking.

Half mile walk to DisneyLand

Absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Park Hotel. 15 minute walk to Disneyland. 2 minute walk to Walgreens and CVS. 10-15 minute walk to lots of dinner options. Room was clean, comfy and view was stunning. 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

Very quiet inside the room!

Great location, huge and lovely lobby. (Watched World Cup games on projector.) Easy food options there and within walking. Pool area was nice with huge palms and bar area. Room had modern updates with taste. For room, best part was fantastic bathroom shelving for family of 4 and toiletries and area for clothes hamper. Only upgrade would be wall of hooks next to vanity. Accommodating and pleasant staff. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was good and clean but the room was hot. Even when we made sure the ac was on, the room never cooled. We had two rooms and both rooms had that issue. While we werent comfortable, we told ourselves at least it was only one night.

This is my second time staying at this property, and it might be my last. Overall, it’s an average hotel with a convenient location for visiting Disneyland. I was disappointed that the hotel placed an additional hold of exactly $435.14 on my card on top of the standard $100 per room hold. I had two rooms, and the only explanation I received was that it was due to a system error. It’s hard to imagine a family having that much of their vacation budget tied up during their stay with no better explanation. I also expected better service at the pool area, as there was no staff taking drink orders and guests had to go to the bar themselves. For a Sheraton, I expected more attention to detail. I was even surprised that the bar didn’t have premium cherries for an Old Fashioned. The bartender an older gentleman who also helped me during my stay last year said that’s simply what management provides: “cheap cherries,” while still charging premium prices for the drinks. Overall, it’s an average hotel in a great location for Disneyland, but it didn’t deliver the level of service I expected from the Sheraton brand. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last stay here.
