There are a couple of issues with the room. A body worn in inprint is in the center of mattress, top of the mattress was dirty so the hotel uses removalable mattress pad. The sheets on the bed don't fit the width of the mattress. There are no dresser draws to put your clothes in, if you intend to spend more that three days. Cleaning the room and or making the bed incur additional cost each time. Access to the front desk can only happen between 3pm to 10pm.

Everything was great. Easy checkin and out. Parking space available. 2min walkk to seawall. 10-15 min drive to American Village and sunset beach.

Room was very clean and nicely furnished. The aircon was very good considering the weather was hot. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle that you can use. As well as a washing and drying machine. I would have appreciated maybe some bowls and plates in addition to the mugs that were provided but that is my only suggestion. Everything else was great.

Loved the beach view, location, and room quality. Be warned that what looks like the front door is only the after-hours guest entrance. There is another door to the right that leads to the lobby... Which is only staffed in the afternoon and evening.

Spent 3 nights. It was clean, bed good, friendly people who worked there. It had all the basics. Bath was nice, shower pressure great and lots of hot water. Price was very reasonable. Overall I would recommend it.

Enjoyed the location and how close it was from a sea wall

Stayed at property various times. Overall quiet for the most part just lack dining areas in the vicinity. This previous stay a parade took place on the street was a good chance to watch the Japanese culture.

Slightly Lower price for parking

Very inexpensive room option for a solo traveler, clean and orderly room. Front desk staff were helpful and polite.
