Got the smoking room cos that was the only one available when I booked online. The location is perfect & close to the train station. I don’t smoke but there’s a good quality air purifier in the room which helps to clear away some of the smell. I could open the windows a little bit too. The hotel breakfast is simply good.

Room is acceptable. Basic clean. What was annoying after 12 midngt aircond auto switch to warmer. It was hot. I need to open window at night to sleep. It was noisy..external noises.

Clean room. Staff was able to answer my questions and was generally helpful. Hotel is 5-15 minute walk to Nagoya Station depending on what part of the station. Coin laundry available. Machine dispenses detergent, but it was empty when I was there.

I’ve been to another Smile hotel and so far I really prefer this one!
The amenities are on each floor so I don’t have to go all the way down to the ground floor which was very convenient!
