Disappointed

The property is excellent and in prime location, if only the staff can speak more English to accommodate tourist from other countries better.

Clean room, friendly staff, good and delicious breakfast, hotel is near to train station, restaurant and shops . Very convenient and walkable to Oasis 21, Nagoya science museum, park and Mirai tower. Wonderful hotel

Breakfast was good. Laundry facilities were terrible, bad ventilation throughout the hotel. No proper air condition for individual rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Oh my god - do not stay here, at least not in the cheap semi double rooms. The room stank of sewage, and we had to leave the room’s window perpetually open during a Japanese WINTER to be able to breathe! If we closed the window, the smell would accumulate again and we would get gassed out. What else? The bed was so, unbelievably terrible that we were waking up with back and neck problems every day if we actually managed to get any sleep in. The mattresses are in desperate need of repair or update. There were “mysterious” faded white splotches all over the walls next to the bed and it was f***ing gross. We checked ourselves out early to go and stay in other accommodation because after 5 days of slumming it in that shi*hole of a room we just needed one good night of sleep before our long flight home. The only saving grace of the hotel were the staff. They were really lovely and sweet, not their fault that they are working in such a gross hotel, they’re doing their best with the turd sandwich they’ve been served.

Price. Cleanliness.

Staff very nice. But had majority water leak in bathroom requiring change of room after we unpacked. Desk gave us standard song and dance that they could not offer us a small refund for the inconvenience, as we booked on Hotels.com . I have asked Hotels.com for the refund.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very hot but the hotel offered fans to take back to our room. The lobby area had many maps and a little shelf to purchase Ghibli items from. The breakfast options were great and would recommend it to anyone staying there.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

The beds were like sleeping on a board. The room was very small ..barely enough room to walk. The only redeeming quality was the free breakfast. Lots of variety of foods.
