The room was small but very comfortable, the elevator and reception area were efficient. There was a telephone in the room that wasn't connected which made it hard to contact reception to let them know the battery to the tv remote control was flat. Overall it was a very good stay in a great location. The bed was comfortable too.

Room was small but clean close to everything

This is a fairly basic hotel, with very compact rooms that feel more like a renovated hostel than a traditional hotel. It’s suitable for a short overnight stay, but may not be comfortable for longer visits. The shower space is extremely small, making it difficult to move around, and the bed was also not very comfortable. During my stay, there was construction noise coming from the floor below, which I had not been informed about in advance or by staff on arrival. Additionally, the front doors were not locked at night, allowing unrestricted access to the lifts and guest floors, which raised safety concerns as a solo traveler.

Staff were friendly as soon as I arrived. Shower pressure was awesome, bed was comfy, definitely enjoyed my stay even though it was only 1 night.

very easy access to King st wharf and Barangaroo. Only negative old food left in Fridge and old wash cloth left in hand basin.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms are very clean and has all the amenities required. Breakfast was a bonus, great selection and the coffee was perfect. Thanks!

Tiny rooms on motorway side with traffic noise. Tiny windows. There were loud midnight roadworks Sunday night till around 3am disturbing sleep.
