A lovely 2 day stay, large room the only thing that I dislike is that taps in the shower are under the shower head and you need to wet while turning on the water, also shower over bath.

Great facilities and everything was well presented

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and we got a lovely unexpected upgrade to a suite 😃

Got welcomed by reception who was nice felt she cared about the hotel and enjoyed her job. Bed was a nice king bed. Closed the block out curtains and I can’t comment on breakfast that I paid for as I had the best night sleep which says a lot about the comfy bed. Woke up at 10am. I’m sure breakfast would have been great, but I had a wonderful staff and worlds comfortable bed.

Great location but very noisy hotel. Noises from the roads, and banging doors along with constant noise coming from the toilet and pipes!

Hotel was beautiful. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better random hairs on the bathtub top bit and a few on the ground behind the door. Room was spacious was nice pillows comfortable bed was ok uou kind of rolled to the side though needed to be rotated the mattress. Good block out curtins. We had a bottle per stay as vip which I he a screen shot of they honoured it in the end it all got sorted but at first they said it wasn’t. Thats one of the reasons we decided to stay there as it had the wine prestart and we were celebrating anniversary and birthday present with the family. Close to capital theatre only 5-10minute walk. On weekends the parking is cheaper to just pay the parking lot as $16 per night if leaving before 6am but we entered at 11 am Saturday left 3 Sunday afternoon was only $32 compare to the $39 if we validated the ticket with the hotel. Week days is different though. Bar and restaurant staff were great really nice and lovely!

A few hiccups to start but eventually sorted. Good room but thin walls and a food that need to be slammed to close, disturbing other guests. Bathroom needs updating with modern amenities. Shower over bath not great for older guests. Fix the toilet seat!

check in / out staff pleasant, room clean , bed reasonably comfortable, convenient location. all doesn’t really matter when allocated a room at the rear of the hotel facing a lane because of the ridiculous amount of noise coming from trucks at 1am and then constant construction noise from 7.30am onwards. Doubt I’d give the Vibe another go.
