The hotel was 2 star very expensive realy like a motel not even hotel very tiny room very uncomfortable, in the bathroom the heater was on in summer you couldn’t turn it off I fell down from the shower area since it was very tiny and not safe for adult I had to check out two days early since I wasnot comfortable they didnot return my money for those days .

Fantastic location, wonderful staff. Great find.

Great location, nice rooms

Great location esp because of Elizabeth line

Lovely hotel, very clean and the air conditioning was amaxing in the heatwave.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy with good access to the Elizabeth line, so very well placed for both shopping and other activities. The room was clean (apart from an unemptied bathroom bin) and the bedding fresh, with a few holes in the sheet. The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. Due to the ongoing refurb (of which we were not notified) breakfast had to be served in our room. This was not ideal due to lack of table space and the food was cold on arrival. Overall the standard was reasonable but the member of the reception staff we dealt with was offhand verging on rude telling us she could not see our booking (booked through Expedia) and that this route for booking wasn't normal with everyone else booking direct (really?). We had paid in full but the hotel still insisted on a £100 deposit. All in all one of the least customer friendly hotels we have stayed in.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bond Street was perfect. We were lucky enough to be allotted a room that was recently refurbished. New plush carpeting, bed, linens, etc., made for a warm welcome. A view of bustling Oxford Street was so much fun! Natural light filled the room at all times. The room was well appointed with coffee maker, snacks and water, along with an iron, ironing board and a steamer (WOW)! You couldn't ask for anything better. We were excited to arrive and sad to leave. After a rough start to our trip, the Radisson Blu turned our hotel stays completely around. Thank you!

Fabulous location for tube and busses. Pretty much on Oxford street. Staff wonderful and room immaculately clean. Not huge, but ample and well thought out. Breakfast was a limited continental more set up for ‘grab and go’, but did the job. A little noisy due to building work on the adjacent building.
