Overall, we slept well, staff were friendly. Needed two beds, for myself and two teens, which Doubletree had available, hard to find in London. Our room was very small, we had to open up suitcases on the beds. Had a view overlooking the back of the hotel where they stored garbage cans. The AC stopped working, which I reported on checkout. Only stayed one night, moved to another hotel with more room and working AC. Did not feel like a Bonvoy property.

Great stay in London

First night refrigerator didn't work but manager said it was at room temperature but room was at 70 degrees. Managed to get new fridge. Then day before we left housekeeping mistakenly took my daughter's hair towel. The manager gave her points on hilton rewards. Other than that was fine stay

Very spacious rooms, pleasant staff, and great location.

Lovely clean room. I liked the comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good too. The hotel was Nicky decorated and the staff friendly

It was a very hot day in London and travelling was a nightmare! When we arrived at our hotel the reception staff were brilliant with a cool smile, ice lolly and water to bring the heat down. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, we didn’t have a view but it is a big city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the best machine coffee I have ever tasted. Thank you for making our 1 night stay a pleasant experience.

Staff are fantastic and really helpful. Hotel is very nice and is well located for walking and transport to most places. Bar and Restaurant are managed by another entity and weren’t open as much as you’d expect. Really nice roof top pool and the ability to use their amenities if checking out late.

Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Amazing air conditioning which was so needed in the heat! Comfortable beds and pillows and a very pleasant stay

Location of the hotel is great, there is a lot of stuff happening around it. Property seems a little old, but the bathroom was upgraded. Breakfast wasn’t that great, I prepaid and the buffet was basic with the same stuff all week. Some variety or nicer food would have been better. Helpdesk service wasn’t great. Many times they don’t pick up the phone, on two occasions when water was requested- once it never came after a few hours and to call back. Another time it wasn’t sent after over an hour and then they stopped picking up the phone.
