少しがっかり The shower leaked in yo out room, getting our backpacks all wet. Mold covered up by paint was very obvious cause you could see it coming through. Room 752. Told staff , we got a very nonchalant, sorry. No compensation offered . They said they would do a maintenance report. No help to me with my wet back pack and wet laptop. Horrible experience.

Good hotel but:
It was during the heat wave in July and even if the AC was set to minimum the room was still warm. A ventilator was already in my room and it helped but would have slept faster and better if I was able to get the room to be cooler.
2nd negatives is the gym which has only cardio, no free weight, bench or weight machine.
Rest is A-1

Terrible WiFi and also we faced a WiFi outage. Mattress was old, bad and needs to be replaced. Toilet flushes don’t work properly. For this price there were plenty of other options. We trusted the Crown Plaza brand and were very disappointed.

とても良い Room was clean and well equipped but could do with a little upgrade. Bed was a tad creekie. Felt it smelt a bit of dampness and there were some small clothes moths in room.
Location for what we needed was good.
Bar staff took a while to serve. However all in all an ok hotel
