Great customer service, room very clean and comfortable, very well located just couple of minutes walk to train station… was so easy to get into the city and just two train stops to the airport, also just a few minutes walk to good size supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. The laundry was separate but well set up and very efficient for (approx) $4 wash + $4 drier. 2 washing machines and 2 driers available. Room was lovely and quiet, never heard anyone else due to solid concrete walls. Good water pressure though we weren’t a fan of the wet room style bathroom as the whole floor gets wet, but that was personal preference (& it was an accessible style bathroom). Staff brought extra towels and supplies when asked no problem. Could do with more hooks in the room and bathroom to hang up belongings (especially when drying due to rain/items can’t dry in dryer) and with family of 4 in one small room with ensuite it felt crowded sometimes but that was our choice to save money, there are other style rooms available. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect location, super close to Green Square station. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are super helpful.

Great value, so close to Sydney airport, 150m walk from Green Square station, room is spacious, well appointed, microwave and hob, very quiet.

I cannot give this 5 stars because I stayed at the Veriu in Melbourne and it was MUCH better. This one was clean, soundproofed, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, convenient location (essential amenities nearby, but the area is kinda soulless and quiet, it’s newly developed). Staff are lovely. The amenities provision was poor, however - only a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, 2 wine glasses and 2 mugs. Not even a spoon provided to stir the coffee or remove the teabag, much less cutlery to eat with, despite encouraging you to bring food to your room. Compared with the Melbourne property, it was a disappointment for the brand.

The hotel was modern, clean and in a great location. Super convenient if flying out from Domestic or International airports as it's right next to Green Square station. On the day of checkout we realised we had left our son's cuddle toys at the hotel and were unable to return as we were flying out that morning to South Korea. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Bikash who went and searched the room until he located the items and called me back straight away to confirm. He arranged for the items to be returned to our home address and provided follow-up again upon our return home. His kindness and willingness to help was really appreciated and the most positive customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Nice and friendly staff with modern and indy decorations hotel. Should provide water jug or bottle for fill up. Room not professional preparation for 3ppl only provided 2 coffee capsules and no bath mat provided in the bathroom.
