Clean room staff are helpful and friendly, nice tea and coffee, breakfast take and go are very convenience, near metro, train, bus and shops, only parking was limited on site, but street parking nearby after 6pm-8am is free

The room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect- right next to the train station. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was an excellent touch too.

Very comfortable and clean Close to shops and train station Highly recommend

Room was fine. Close to cafes and public transport

The hotel was easy to find and close to Green Square station. On check-in, I was upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. The room was clean and had everything you need. There was a small balcony but it looked out over a bus depot. The only downside was the bright lights outside all night which the curtains didn't block out. The lounge on the first floor was great- a coffee machine and variety of teas supplied. In the morning, there were a range of snacks provided for you which was great and very thoughtful.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and for me it’s convenient for the airport. There is a light breakfast available included in the price but I didn’t want anything to eat but I’m sure it’s good value. The hotel is about a minutes’ walk from Green Square, it’s hard to get lost! I used to live in this area and I wanted somewhere to stay close to the airport and it’s great if you have an early flight as you miss the peak hour train commuters as they’re going the opposite way. Nice hotel if you just need somewhere to rest your head for a night or two. I was allocated an accessible room as I checked in late at night but I didn’t mind it.

Best value. Best location.

Need a physical credit card to check in. Cannot tap a digital card. Wasn’t advised of this in the welcome email.

Clean and comfortable rooms in very convenient location. Two very short train stops to the city. Lounge area with coffee machine and tea; light snacks, pastries, fruit, etc served in the morning. Love this hotel.

Value Suites is an excellent budget hotel. It's proximity to the Green Square rail station was fantastic, as was the the nearby bus routes. Breakfast was provided every day with coffee & tea available all day. The cleaning staff were friendly & meticulous with sheets, towels & garbage changed every day which was much appreciated. My room had a microwave, plates, utensils all the things one needed to prepare meals & the fast food franchises were a short walk away. A terrific combination!
