Loved this place! Staff were extremely helpful & great service. Exterior does not do justice to the beautiful interior.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, à taille humaine, avec de belles chambres récemment rénovées et de superbes salles de bain. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, professionnel et efficace. Un gros coup de cœur pour les nombreux extras inclus : tout le contenu du minibar est gratuit (boissons et friandises), tout comme les collations et boissons offertes à la réception. De plus, jusqu’à 22 h, un généreux buffet d’apéritif est servi gratuitement avec tapas, bouchées variées et même du vin. Une attention exceptionnelle que nous n’avions jamais vue ailleurs ! L’emplacement est également excellent, à deux pas du métro. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrions avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pleasant stay, arrived very late but staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and in good condition, bed was comfortable. Appreciated the free drinks provided in the room and also access to drinks & snacks in the lobby. Breakfast was good and again staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had a great stay at the AXY Hotel in Milan! Customer service was top notch, the rooms were spotless, and the 24 hour drinks and snacks in the lobby area were amazing! We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Milan.

This was my first time in Italy and they made the experience exceptional!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The ammonites were fantastic! Get a cappuccino every morning and apirtivos every evening!! Safe and private also fee snacks 24/7. I would come back to Milan just to stay here again!!

Staff were excellent!

Initial view from the outside wasn’t very inspiring as the entrance is on main road but reception up stairs and lift . However we were met by lovely porter who helpfully took our luggage from us. The reception staff were very welcoming offering us a cool drink from the free bar . The staff here are all very friendly and so helpful, nothing too much for them. The free brunch and apre dinner has loads of food to choose from and is delicious with wine available too. Breakfast was also excellent and everything was fresh and appealing . The room was comfortable and cool with very comfortable bed . Bit noisy if room on the front but didn’t stop us sleeping .

Superb Hotel. Great location and amazing brunch and aperitivo service. Staff gave great restaurant recommendations and were incredibly helpful. Would stay again 10/10

Great staff, great location, great food and drinks. One of our best stays in Italy. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly as a solo traveler. The staff and amenities were exceptional. Looking forward to my next stay.
