The hotel is very small, the air conditioning is not cold, there are no coffee, no small fridge, no lotion, no hangers for hanging any clothes. The beds are not comfortable, the pads on top of the bed moves. The room is too small for two people, there’s hardly any space for us to put our luggages

Good location for Milan central, and easy access to the trolley bus / tram.
Staff were very helpful, there is an option to check out early and leave luggage in a safe room which was really welcome

The room is small but ac works ok. The staff was helpful. The gym is very small and does not have much to workout. The hotel is located in a spot where it is easy to go to the touristic places

I loved this hotel, and would definitely return. The hotel itself is lovely, the room is a really good size, and one of the largest we had while visiting Italy. They were also the only hotel showing the World Cup channel on TV which was a huge plus for us. We would spend evenings in the garden by the bar and get some drinks and watch the World Cup game. It was such a fun time, and the location is really convenient for either walking or transit.

Great 3 star hotel in an accessible location. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and AC worked well in the summer heat wave. Standard Rooms are on the smaller size but I believe the rate reflects that. Excellent breakfast that can be included- well worth the extra charge. Very good value over all.
