Laundry in room extremely convenient when traveling with family. Also great fitness center, wish we had time to use the sauna. Overall great hotel and amenities with friendly and accommodating staff that will help you get to wherever you need.

Clean room
Staff in the first floor restaurant wwasnt helpful but staff in the lounge in 26 floor and the Resturant for breakfast were very clean and food were delicious
Overall if I go back to Seoul , I will choose the same hotel
Also swimming area and the facilities were closed Mon to Thursday, that was very disappointing
But staff were very helpful

No good at all compared how much I paid to this property ~ cleanness was the worst and the hotel hired foreigner to do housekeeping and matter of all housekeeping &cleanness was the very unacceptable *

Great stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers.

最高 Booked a junior suite room, room was spacious comes together with a washing machine (with drying function). City view was good. Downside is L26 front only opens on weekends, normal day check in need to go to L1 lobby.
