Staff is very helpful and always smiling Breakfast could be more tasteful Outdoor pool not deep water

Lovely big clean spacious room. staff were excellent very helpful and kind too many to mention but they certainly looked after us, we stayed for 11 nights. Breakfast was good but mostly Indian cuisine there was plenty of choice so you wouldn’t go hungry cereals, pancakes, bread and cheeses. The beach is across the road (hotel offers to take you on buggies but we just walked) lovely white beach with many jet ski’s and banana boats etc. only a few chairs, umbrellas and tables in a very small area of the beach felt the hotel could have put loungers instead of chairs would have used them. The pool and to jacuzzis were clean and we used them well 🤗 We will definitely return there are also many restaurants nearby

Breakfast:
There was not much variety in the breakfast selection. I stayed for 4 nights, and the menu was almost the same every day. Room:
There were several issues with the room during my stay. The sink was clogged, and the shower head was not functioning well. I also had to remind the staff once to refill the body soap. the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the white towels appeared dull and looked as had not been washed properly. The air conditioning was not cold enough.

Lovely hotel with amazing, attentive, and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to one of the supervisors, Jayden, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. His exceptional service and dedication made a real difference to our experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel itself is really quite good with a very spacious room and useable balcony. We didn't have internet for the first 3 days which was disappointing. Breakfast was not really to our tastes; "very' little protein available and catered more for vegetarians with no theme. Breakfast fatigued kicked in very early with no change in the buffet except for some very tiny modest changes. Chicken rendang was dry, ultra processed sausages were not at all edible. Not a Marriott Bonvoy style buffet.

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

First room, the aircon was not working But they changed the room for us.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, housekeeping could be more consistent and timely. We left the room at around 10:00 AM and returned between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, but the room had still not been cleaned. As a result, we only received housekeeping service once during our 5-night stay. Secondly, noise insulation could be improved. Almost every night between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, I could hear doors being slammed as guests returned to their rooms, which was quite disruptive. Other than these issues, the overall stay was enjoyable.

The room is clean and beautiful shower room. Very impressed the space . Only title suggestion, please provide the hand soap rather than the bar of soap. The staffs from the reception area provided fantastic. Exceptional service. Special Ms Husna and Jaden. With the beautiful smile from Ms Husna. Always lend a hand to help with her friendly smiling face. The bartender Shazrul. He made my last day unforgettable. The cocktails he made so good. Not many bartenders can make a good drink. But Shazrul shows me how professional, how experience. Well done. Outdoor pool. Can see the sea view from the pool. Very happy . The location. The beach side a little dirty. Not really a good place to lie down on the dirty beach.
