We return time and time again and they never fail to disappoint on service. The best club lounge and the most attentive professional staff we have ever come across in the chain.

Swimming pool was not open, but everything else was very good. We were clean, newly renovated. Of course the lobby is very nice. Conveniently located across the Lo Wo shopping center. Great massage place in the hotel you definitely should try although they don’t speak much English in the massage place.

I had to change room because the wall between rooms is not sound proof. At around 3:30 am to 4:00 am. The room either above me or next to me was taking a shower or using their bathroom, and the draining water sound abruptly woke me up, I THOUGHT THE WATER WAS DRAINING DOWN ON ME !!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Steven Lin! Shopping malls and restaurants were walking distance too.

Hotel is convenient to everything in walking distance Rooms still smell like old cigarettes smoke, it’s a shame

Clean room. Polite and helpful front desk and concierge. Has a Meituan delivery locker at main door.

Second time staying here at this hotel! Staffs were nice and easy access to train or MTR.

It’s a great place to stay

The staff were amazing especially the check in staff. Sad to say this was the only 5 star thing about the hotel. The hotel lobby is clean and modern, but once you get to the rooms its like getting taken back in time. Rooms are very dated, and just not up to the usual shangri la standard. Fixings were loose, screws protruding from door chain. The price was cheap, but with the shangri la name you still expect decent rooms. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but will still stay in shangri la in other countries

Good location and near all land transportation. The hotel shows ages and needs upgrade.
