The location was convenient and check in process was prettt seamless. Our room, as usual with the Hyatt, was large, comfortable and had everything we need. We were particularly impressed with the toilet! We paid extra for the Hyatt Club and had mixed experiences. The afternoon tea was extremely disappointing, as there were barely any food choices and when they ran out, they were not replenished. When we asked the staff, they became confused about the time and said that it would not be refilled. We also asked for some tea and this was somehow forgotten about and we had to re order. We thought that this might only be for one day, however it was consistent on both days. Barely any food choice and what was provided was sub standard. By contrast, the evening cocktails and food were fantastic. Plenty of choice and options which were very tasty and varied. The pool was heated which was very nice, however we were all made to wear hats which we have not experienced before. Check out process was pretty straightforward. The breakfast restaurant was fantastic and had a lot of variety as you would expect with Hyatt.

Room is clean, design is stylish. Did not have breakfast at the hotel this time due to my tight schedule. Location of the hotel is good, a lot of good restaurants and also very shopping friendly.

One of the best hotels, spacious great showers. You’ll love it.
