Staff was very helpful. Room was clean

The facilities and the building itself are a little outdated/old, but the staff do a great job in trying to maintain it. They really go above and beyond to help out their guests, even to the last minute. We forgot to schedule the shuttle to the airport on our last day but they were able to accommodate us (I didn’t catch the female guest services employee but she was very nice and helpful)! One of the male employees (Anh) was also very helpful on our first day - he gave us great directions about how to get to the big King Kong market, how to take the bus, which phone app to use to schedule the bus ride, which stores had the best exchange rate, etc. The breakfast buffet was very tasty as well, changed menus daily. I would suggest going a little early (around 7), otherwise it’s a little hard to get a seat. We would definitely come back again for another vacation!

Hotel location is good, breakfast selection is wide in buffet. But delux room how ,it advertise sleeps 4 ,not true beds are too small so as the room

Room very large with kitchen and dining table and chairs very clean. Balcony was quite enclosed because of all the greenery and wasn’t really useable…. Shame The sky bar was only open sporadically it could have been so much better a few evenings we were the only people in it. Food was good plentiful and lots of choice for breakfast and dinner. Fire show at the beach bar was good but safety seemed a bit lacking, after show children on the stage with the fire spinning around them. Whilst the fire show was advertised by the hotel unsure if it was operated by them. No entertainment in the hotel or surrounding area.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa expecting exceptional service and holiday as it was one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel. To be honest the stay was good overall. The accommodation is a bit older but is well maintained. The staff at the hotel were mostly good to amazing. The staff tried to help, but most could not speak English or any of the other languages we speak. I used the Vietnamese to English phone apps that are free to use. It was usually manageable, and many of the staff were truly trying to help. The room service and cleaning staff did an exceptional job, there was never anything to complain about, and they were amazing. The kitchen and breakfast, options have hardly any vegetarian or vegan options unless you want to use the salad bar to make your own sandwiches. As our group was all vegetarian or vegan this made it a bit of a challenge. Most days there were 2-3 good vegetarian options at breakfast. We did speak to kitchen management and they were able to accommodate us after the first a couple of days of our 8 day stay. They even packed us breakfast on the last day of our stay which was a really nice touch. Outside the hotel there was an undercurrent of tourists not being wanted, or not welcome, which I found surprising because it is a town fully dependent on tourism. Booking outings with the staff from hotel is probably the best way to go.

Good breakfast good staff

Great hotel with nice amenities. Nice sized room with a balcony and small kitchenette. Pools and beach area were well maintained and enjoyable. Wonderful buffet breakfast provided every morning. A market with lots of dinner dining options right across the street for dinner. There is a bus line that stops right in front of the hotel to get you into the city. Overall an enjoyable stay.
