The property location is good - close to where we dropped off the rental car and close to the airport the next morning. The room was fine, the bedding and the towels were clean, the bathroom was clean. However, there was a faint odor of sewage coming from somewhere. The restaurant menu for dinner was uninspiring so we didn't stay for dinner. Breakfast was just ok. There was some hot food (rubbery scrambled eggs and weiners) but mostly it was continental options. The worst issue for us was that the entire hotel was infested with mosquitoes. They were everywhere! In the elevators, in the lobby, in the restaurant and in the room. The reception staff said something about the district having something flushed (??) and it results in mosquitoes coming out. Maybe it's just at a certain time of year?

My daughter was traveling with my grandson and a lot of luggage. When I asked for someone to help her with a cart, they said they were too busy. I asked the manager - an able bodied man and he said he was too busy!!! We had a plane to catch!! Furious beyond words

This should be a 2 star hotel. There is no way this qualifies as a 4 star hotel. There is also no laundry facilities so they lie. Would not recommend. There was also a lot of mosquitoes as well.

We chose this hotel because it was very close to airport and we had an very early departure flight, Its a bit of a walk into downtown Florence area - safe enough. You could also use public transportation and get pretty close to the hotel. We did not utilize any amenities as we spent the majority of our time sight seeing

No vegetarian options in the restaurant. No cream with coffee (???)

The staff was great, but the room cleanliness left more to be desired.

Room was very clean and quiet. Good place to stay when travelling out on a very early flight.

The hotel and rooms were tired looking and need updating. There was continuous noise in our room coming from the from the plumbing and ventilation. Also there were numerous mosquitos throughout the hotel and we ended up with numerous bites.

Great breakfast menu, very helpful and friendly staff. Liked the room and space for the most part. Overall great experience.
