The staff is literally so friendly and helpful! I was able to check-in/check-out in English with no issue! I arrived before check-in and was able to leave my bags there safely while I explored the city. They also helped me book a taxi to the airport for an early flight. Definitely recommend!!

We spent one night at this location, well located, with a tram station about 5 minutes walk, and near to the airport. Parking is a plus.
Reception personnel was friendly and helpful every time We had a question,

Nice helpful staff however hotel not up to par for the price we were paying. TV was not functioning for 3 night stay and was never fixed by staff. Beds not very comfortable and no AC in room.

Very good location, especially if you need to stay close to the airport and the rental car area. There is also a train station nearby and several places to eat within walking distance. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the parking area is private and enclosed, which made everything feel very convenient and safe. I only stayed one night, but it was a very good experience overall.

Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!

最高 Excellebt bed!!!! Ibusually sleep bad and wobt stay in bed long but i slept so well and i just didnt want to getvout of it. The breakfast for 6 euro is more like a free brunch. Delicious fresh, perfect start for a florence walking day. Location nearby a tram station. Many atm machines, aboid the paribas one which has awful exchabge rate. Graxzie mille, ritornarai a presto!

This B&B has all your basic travel needs covered. It’s convenient (near the airport), clean, quiet and comfortable. The room I had was no frills but it provided everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items to meet various dietary needs.
