The basics - the room was clean, the bed was fine, the shower had both pressure and hot water. The shower door leaked so I had some puddling on the bath floor. The service - outstanding! I used the hotel's airport transfer and was greeted at the end of the alley and escorted to the door. Inside I checked in and was served tea and fruit while l waited 10 minutes for my room to be ready. (I arrived st noon and check in was at 2.) Since I had a 7 am tour the next morning, the usual 6:45 breakfast didn’t work. The chef started breakfast with great vegan options at 6:30 so I could eat first. I was blown away! Is the property dated? Yes. Is there defferred maintenance? Yes. It just didn't matter. I felt so genuinely taken care of!

The staff is really helpful and friendly

Very courteous, helped organize shuttles to and from the airport. Lots of great suggestions in town, and even a discount at a good spa.

The best feature is the location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are small and older but they do have a nice breakfast in the morning.

Staff put in extra effort to pack lunch one day which was heart warming hospitality and says how nice this place was.

Great customer service from all the staff members. Great location and several dining options. Best part, you can book all your tours at the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
