Great location Good new windows to keep all noise out Safe Friendly staff Easy access to public transport

Great location. Pretty easy in and out. Room had a dank smell. The bed was super lumpy and used a top sheet instead of a fitted one. The power went out a couple times at night. The shower drain would back up, and the water was cold in the evenings for a shower. Not filthy but didn’t feel clean. It was ok.

Great location and value for your money just follow the check in step by step instructions and you should have no problems. The front desk has limited business hours but you can always get assistance through the what’s app text. I recommend the property a mix of old Rome with a modern flare

Aila was fantastic. Room was so quaint. Lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Check in is not great. They get mad if you don’t follow the directions but the directions are not good. They needed to tell us a bit more info and it may have been easier. The young girl was more irritated by us because we had no idea what she ment. For anyone else there’s a huge wooden door that has a code then when you go through there are four options of where to go now having been here is makes sense. Once you know which scala you are in then you have to use the elevator to get to which ever floor, then once on your floor you guess at which door is the entrance to the floor as ther are not marked. There is a code for the door then you enter and find your room. Ya it would be fine if they explained it better. Not just that there are two doors and two codes.no resection except in one of the scalas so it’s inconvenient you lug suitcases and end up in the wrong wing. It’s fine other wise. Good location to wal around.

The courtyard atrium was such an unexpected surprise. The very quaint old school wooden elevator should be an attraction by itself. The location is very good - easy walking distance all around and its nice to be near the river.

Lovely stay at this property for us Our room was great but unfortunately our friends room had problems with the toilet and shower and a terrible smell. Excellent walk ability and king sized beds were a bonus!

Raw sewage smells came up through the bathroom for our entire stay. It was nauseating to say the least! The hotel was unable to fix it.

Very comfortable room close to most attractions. Good shower! Great coffee just out the door.

We were pleasantly surprised with this gem of a stay. We would definitely recommend. Quite a unique room.
