Great hotel in a perfect part of Banff to explore! Hot tub is across the street in their partner holler which was nice, but would have used it more if in the same physical location. All in all excellent spot!

No amenities but some good breakfast and pool at sister property across the street. Tiny fitness room across the street. Also very good brunch (for reasonable price) at sister property. Location is excellent.

It was not that good as compare to pricep

Best location in Banff! Covered parking, walking distance to Everything. 5 star restaurants with-in 3 min walk.

Very close to market and restaurants

No microwave in the room nor common area. Had to go into parking garage and use the one in Laundry room.c

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The paid parking in the basement was very convenient when you consider how hard it is to get parking in town. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
