Excellent stay. Staff and amenities are top. Breakfast is really good. The coffee shop at the hotel is superb.

Well thought out design and run well. Not a chain hotel. Sells out quickly because limited number of rooms. Very clean. Breakfast buffet also done well with enough variety. Right in Banff town center and walkable to restaurants and stores.

Morning attended joel and night attended were too good very helpful guys .sweet and polite . Helped in all ways . Property clean and well maintained.

Beautiful, great location, great parking options. Rooms were nice. The sauna has specific hours, but says you can call and have it turned on. We did this multiple times, and noone ever turned it on. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Prime location and clean, well maintained rooms. The interiors are modern and very nice. The breakfast selection is underwhelming, especially for vegetarians, as the options are quite limited. Adding pancakes or waffles would have been a welcome improvement. We also had to ask for water on both mornings. Serving a glass of water with breakfast by default would make for a better guest experience. Basic amenities like a complimentary dental kit or toothpaste were not provided, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. Slippers would have been a nice bonus, but not having a complimentary dental kit felt like an unnecessary omission, especially since toothpaste was only available for purchase. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. In contrast, the breakfast staff came across as cold and less hospitable.

This hotel had great amenities, free breakfast with a large variety of choices, and clean. The location was in the middle of everywhere you want to be on Banff Ave. if you have a car the parking is free.

For a highly rated property the little things were disappointing. From the slow WiFi to the lack of AC to the poor quality paper products in the room to the awful pillow I was left underwhelmed.

It’s wonderful to stay one night in this lodge. Room is clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Only the fruits are not fresh. The location is excellent.
