The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown area to walk to get something to eat but be far enough away from all of the chaos and noise of the downtown area.

Good experience

Staff were very friendly. The amenities include a pool steam room and bikes plus free voucher to use their public transportation in Banff. Parking was about $15 a day but they didn’t tell you or I missed it on Expedia is. The resort fee is $20 a day plus local tax at 5%. (All CAD) The room was quiet, clean, but was comfortable. However, it is in desperate need of an upgrade in the bathroom. We had the loft style studio and the layout on the first floor is very cramped. Couch is tiny uncomfortable. The coffee maker is in an awkward location in the shower. Bathroom is very small. Now I wouldn’t be giving this a mid review if it didn’t cost $400 USD per night, but I don’t think the quality of this hotel aligns with that cost. However, it was a holiday weekend so here we are, they can charge what they want.

Housekeeping kept room cleaned changed sheets/towels everyday. Property was well maintained and staff was polite and helpful.

Good location. Easy parking. Nice room. Only complaint is that the front bedroom was not air conditioned

We had a pleasant stay for one night at this lodge. It’s a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Our room came with a kitchen but we didn’t use it.

Great location, walking distance from the main town.
