Close to everything, friendly staff and nice rooftop bar

10/10 Experience—the staff truly sets this hotel apart! You cannot beat the location of NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía, but the real highlight of our trip was the world-class service. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, polite, and exceptionally attentive to every little detail. They made our check-in seamless, helped us navigate the city, and brought a warm energy to the entire property. The hotel rooms are impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We loved the stunning rooftop terrace with incredible views. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast, and awesome location! Definitely would stay there again!

Nos encantó el hotel y la atención al cliente. Las facilidades son preciosas y la ubicación es súper conveniente. El restaurante del hotel y la terraza son increíbles. La limpieza impecable.

Extremely clean. Great amenities. Helpful staff. Perfect location.

Room was not cleaned properly throughout the whole stay. Staff was friendly. Room was very small and congested with furniture.

Great location nice double room as had 3 adults clean.

Ubicacion insuperable! Staff increiblemente atento. Habitación muy linda y cómoda, lo unico que notaria es que la tele solo se puede ver canales locales, no apps.

Room is clean, we enjoy the balcony watching people outside & the sunset. If missing toiletries just send them a message & it will be provided. The staff are helpful although we missed the Saturday breakfast cause it open at 8 & we had early tour. This place is just walking distance to places you want to visit & just step away from Metro.

The staff was excellent and welcoming. The doorman Alvero was so kind and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice too. Beautiful property in a great location.
