The hotel is in a great location, right on the Gran Via where you can find lots of restaurants and shops and within walking distance of some of the wonderful sights of Madrid. The staff were great and very helpful, especially in the restaurant at breakfast where there is a continental buffet on offer and you can order hot food, such as eggs and pancakes. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the lack of storage space in the bedrooms, as the two large cupboards with doors we had in the bedrooms were stuffed with duvets and extra pillows, so we could only use the shelf space. We also noticed there was a light in each room which didn't work and in the living room too, as well as the TV in our bedroom - so I think the maintenace just needs a little extra attention. We had a dish washer and washing machine but no cleaning supplies which was a little surprising as we have always been provided with a starter pack in other hotels and airbnbs... so we had to go out and buy these ourselves. Otherwise the rooms were well cleaned every day. We were really looking forward to using the rooftop pool, but this was very busy and there were limited loungers, so we didn't have anywhere to sit outside of the pool and had to go back to our rooms wet. The pool is also very shallow, so bear in mind you cannot swim in it. Overall we had a great stay and would still recommend this hotel.

Great location and customer service. Team was very responsive to our requests. Loved that the hotel is modernized and has no carpet in the room.

The property was in a good location to access the some landmarks, shopping, and restaurants. TKO Tacos is around the corner (a 2-minute walk) serving delicious and very reasonably priced tacos! The staff at the hotel were very professional and welcoming! They always checked in to ensure our comfort and that ourneeds were met. The hotel, rooms, pool and the entire building were all clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The Fuller Family! (We did not try the breakfast)

Very well located and very neat hotel

The pool I guess wasn’t as low as it could be, so it was only a foot deep or so. That was disappointing. And we had our washer machine leaked a lot of water onto our floor. They did fix the washer machine

My only criticism was that the elevator unsteady and slow

Great location, well maintained and restaurant downstairs and on the rooftop with good views on Gran Vía. All you need in room and kitchen. Walkable to all shopping, dining.
