People aren’t joking when they call it a red light district. Windows have shutters on if you open them with the locked windows you’ll see women suspiciously sat in chairs looking out the window dressed a certain way. Other than the clear hidden businesses nearby it’s a good proximity to the train station and coach station and the room was decent. Lack of amenities such as no safe no fridge no towels but the beds did the job for a night decent looking hotel.

Lovely stay. Excellent location

Property was very nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit more storage space and a slightly bigger bathroom would have been nice, but for value for money it was excellent. It was in the red light area, but was not an issue and did not cause any problems at all. Location to city, Lake and al amenities was excellent with everything within a stones throw. Also free public transport from the hotel which meant free train, bus and taxi boats throughout our stay, which was invaluable. Overall, I would highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Clean room Great staff

This was a nice property very conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Rooms clean. Semi spacious. Our room on floor 6 was very hot and the ac didn't really do much. Window open was too noisy at night.

Small rooms and bathroom. Even though it was just 2 blocks in from the main street leading to the train station it was a little nerve wracking to walk. Full of small bars and restaurants of Lebanese and African decent. Great food no doubt but gathering places for large groups. Very noisy! Until very late!

Great location especially from train station- loads of restaurants close by and hotel in a good condition and very functional
