Excelente servicio. Cómodo, limpio y trato amable.

Enjoyed our stay here. The laundry room was a life saver as our group were caught in heavy rain soon before leaving to travel home, and so we were able to dry our things. Breakfast was extremely basic. Room was a little tired and dated. Staff were helpful and friendly - Overall a good stay & good hostel!

best staff and nice breakfast, we family enjoyed!

Frinedly and helpful staff.

Amenities, the room, and the breakfast were all simple, but it really shines when you meet new people from across the world and you strike up conversation!

It's ok bunk beds .linen clean but looks old .if any one planning to stay take your own towels .

Great place for our family to stay overnight. Staff was wonderful, open 24 hours and we got there very late. Breakfast was good, and rooms were comfortable.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Towel rack at the end of the bed. Two sinks in the room as well as lockers. Amazing breakfast. About 20 minutes from Zurich Hauptbanhof. Take the tram/bus not the trai n. Numbers 66/72/13. There was a strange woman in my room. She unpacked 12 cannisters of aerosol cleaners and hung her laundry everywhere. That is not the hostel's fault though. One of the roommates saw her spraying the bathroom with it. Hey, it was super clean! The hostels need better guidelines on shared spaces. Such as do not wake up the entire room at midnight by turning on the lights. Or leaving laundry hanging in the shower. The hostel doesn't provide a Zurich pass.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Diane and Jennifer 😊
